Jackie is our firm’s paralegal who joined our team in May 2007, after relocating to Charleston from St. Petersburg, Florida, where she worked as a Paralegal for a criminal defense firm. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology  from the University of South Florida and obtained her Paralegal Certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She is a member of NALA, as well as the Charleston Association of Legal Assistants (CALA), and a registered Notary Public.

Elizabeth joined our team in February 2008 as a Legal Assistant. She handles office administration and marketing for the firm as well as all initial contacts with potential clients. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Elizabeth graduated from the College of Charleston in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. She is a registered Notary Public.

Ashley Neale

Ashley is a Certified Public Accountant and our Bookkeeper. She is an independent contractor and owns her own business, Saltwater Financial Services, LLC. Ashley handles all client billing, manages the firm’s accounting, and is the billing contact for each client.

Kate Hendricks

Kate is our law clerk and joined our team in June 2011. Kate is a second year law student at the Charleston School of Law. Kate received the CALI Award in Legal Research Analysis and Writing and was a Dean’s List recipient.  Kate is a member of the Charleston Law Review. She graduated in May 2010 from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with Business- Spanish and a minor in Economics.
