Experience has taught us that a team approach is the most effective method to handle each case. Each member of our team plays an important role that fits into the overall plan to resolve every case. We utilize an efficient and cost-effective system to distribute duties to the team member best equipped to perform a task at the least expense to the client. All work is supervised by Melissa Brown.

Download Jackie’s vCard Jackie is our Paralegal who joined our team in May 2007 after relocating to Charleston from St. Petersburg, Florida, where she worked as a Paralegal for a criminal defense firm. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc., Charleston Association of Legal Assistants, and a registered Notary Public. |

Elizabeth Benedict Download Elizabeth’s vCard Elizabeth joined our team in February 2008 as a Legal Assistant. She handles office administration and marketing for the firm as well as all initial contacts with potential clients. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Elizabeth graduated from the College of Charleston in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. She is a registered Notary Public. |

Ashley Neale Download Ashley’s vCard Ashley is a Certified Public Accountant and our Bookkeeper. She is an independent contractor and owns her own business, Saltwater Financial Services, LLC. Ashley handles all client billing, manages the firm’s accounting, and is the billing contact for each client. |

Stephanie Whelan Download Stephanie’s vCard Stephanie joined our team in May 2007 as our File Manager and Runner. She is a native Charlestonian and a graduate of Ashley Hall School. She currently attends the College of Charleston and will graduate in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. |
